1. Acceptance
By using Meer AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service
Meer AI is an AI creative platform for image, video, and audio generation via third-party models. Usage is billed in tokens.
3. Account
You are responsible for your credentials and security answer. Information must be accurate. We may suspend violating accounts.
4. Payments & tokens
Packages and subscriptions are charged in Iraqi Dinar via PayTabs. Purchased tokens do not expire. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Refunds & cancellation
Consumed tokens are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled from your profile; existing balance remains available through the paid period. Contact WhatsApp support for disputes.
6. Acceptable use
Illegal, abusive, or IP-infringing content is prohibited. API abuse and unauthorized access attempts are not allowed.
7. Intellectual property
You own your outputs within third-party model license limits. Platform branding and UI remain our property.
8. Disclaimer
Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee third-party model accuracy or uptime. Maintenance outages may occur.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
